1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and we999 ("we999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the we999 website at we999.asia and all associated services, products, features, games, and content (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account on we999, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the we999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the we999 Platform. we999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The we999 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. we999 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age eligibility requirement cannot be satisfied.

2.2 Account Registration

To use the betting and casino services on we999, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and/or email address, and where requested, your National Identity Card (CNIC/NICOP) number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on we999. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you already hold a we999 account and have lost access, contact our support team rather than creating a new account.

2.4 Ineligible Persons

• Individuals under 18 years of age.
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from we999.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of we999 and its affiliated companies.
• Individuals accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your we999 account credentials, including your username/mobile number and password. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. we999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

You must notify we999 immediately via live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. we999 recommends enabling all available security features, including two-factor authentication where offered.

You must not share your account with any other person, allow third parties to place bets on your behalf, or operate your account on behalf of any third party. we999 accounts are strictly personal.

4. KYC Verification

we999 operates KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures as required under international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any stage of your account's use.

4.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you must provide satisfactory copies of the following documents:

• Identity Verification: Your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC/NICOP) — front and back — or a valid Pakistani Passport (photo page), or a current Pakistani Driving Licence.
• Address Verification: A recent utility bill (electricity, gas), a bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or another recognised Pakistani bank, or a JazzCash/Easypaisa account statement in your name, dated within the last three months.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, confirmation that the deposit payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account) is registered in your name.

4.2 Verification Timeline

we999 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete, legible documentation. During the review period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. we999 reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are insufficient.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

we999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa card, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits apply per method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your we999 account balance following confirmation by the relevant payment provider. We999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. we999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected to originate from a third party or to involve irregular payment activity.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. we999 aims to process approved withdrawals within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the payment method. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where AML or account verification review is in progress.

5.4 Inactive Account Policy

Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. we999 may charge an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month against any remaining balance in an inactive account after notifying the account holder. Account holders may reactivate their account at any time by logging in.

6. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on we999 are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. The following general principles apply to all sports betting activity on we999:

• Bets are final once confirmed. we999 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where an obvious pricing error has occurred (see Section 6.1).
• we999 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed by users exhibiting unusual betting patterns or attempting to exploit errors in odds.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connection stability. we999 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to your internet connection, device failure, or latency.
• Results are determined by official match outcomes as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan Cricket Board matches, FIFA for football). we999's determination of results is final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

6.1 Palpable Errors

Where we999 publishes odds that are clearly erroneous (a "palpable error"), we999 reserves the right to void all bets placed at those odds, irrespective of whether the bets have been confirmed or the relevant event has concluded. we999 will notify affected users and refund stakes in full where bets are voided under this provision.

7. Casino Games

All casino games available on the we999 Platform, including RNG slot games and live dealer games, are provided by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Asia Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others. These games are subject to the rules and terms of the respective game providers in addition to these Terms.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games on we999 are regularly audited and certified by independent testing laboratories to confirm compliance with published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages. Published RTP values represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

In the event of a game malfunction, hardware failure, software error, or disconnection during gameplay, we999 reserves the right to void any affected game round and refund the stake. we999 is not liable for any winnings generated during a malfunction where the malfunction is subsequently confirmed to have produced an incorrect outcome.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

we999 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotions to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific Terms and Conditions published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds are separate from your main balance and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus winnings vary per promotion and are specified in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. we999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or refuse any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit, or using software to exploit promotion conditions — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• we999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of winnings pending investigation where bonus abuse is suspected.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the we999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity for deposits or betting.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in connection with bets placed on we999.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the we999 Platform or any associated systems.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the we999 Platform as a vehicle for the transfer of illegitimate funds.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools or age verification mechanisms.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

we999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

On account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the account holder's verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review. Balances associated with bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the we999 Platform without the prior written consent of we999.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we999 shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit we999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy

we999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering and using the we999 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. we999 does not sell personal data to third parties. 15. Governing Law
